I am not from VA, I live in NY so I was very worried and stressed about how to handle the ticket I received. Mr. Remington was a huge help! He did not use scare tactics like other attorneys did, he charges a reasonable rate and he got my ticket lowered to something acceptable! I would give 6 stars out of 5 if I could.

After receiving my first speeding ticket that exceeded the posted limit sign by 18mph I was completely devastated. My record was clean until this very moment. I felt overwhelmed until I contacted Riley & Wells where legal assistant Levi instantly reassured me her team including lawyer Cody and Daniel would be able assist me in this matter. The entire process was explained at length instantly. I provided my driving record and from there Levi, Cody, and Daniel worked diligently throughout the month on their own to reduce my charges. After appearing in court on my behalf Cody and Daniel were able to have all charges dropped to only defective equipment leaving me with only a small fine and zero points.
